Cancellation | Rescheduling

All appointments will require a credit card on file in order to book.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give at least 48hrs notice so that someone else may have the chance to book the time slot. All clients are given one emergency cancellation per year to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. If you do happen to go beyond that one allotment, there is a rescheduling/cancellation fee of 25% of your service cost. If you make more than three last-minute cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows, you will no longer be able to prebook appointments and will need to be seen on a day of basis.

Product Purchase

All used product can NOT be brought back for exchange. Any unopened product can be exchanged. No product refunds.

 

Fix It Appointments

Fix it appointments are given at the discretion of Katherine Schue and are at no cost to guest. The guest has 7 days from their appointment date to contact Katherine to request a fix it appointment. Mistakes (which happen on occasion because humans make errors) that the stylist made are grounds for a fix it appointment. Anything that happens to your hair outside of the salon is not the responsibility of Katherine to fix.
